IHF single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (referred to as IHF centrifugal pump) is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and non-metallic pump process. The pump body is lined with metal perfluoroethylene propylene (F46). The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all sintered and pressed with metal inserts encapsulated with fluorine plastic. The shaft seal is an externally installed advanced bellows mechanical seal. The ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the moving ring is filled with PTFE. Its corrosion resistance and wear resistance are excellent. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. The actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
